How it Works

Applies to new patients only. Your name must be listed as the referral source when the patient comes in to the office, or be on the completed referral card and given to the receptionist before the start of the exam.

Even if you don’t have a referral to give us, we want to let you know that we appreciate your business by allowing us to be your optometrist. We hope you find your experience with us stress-free and enjoyable. If you have any questions about eye-health care, please read our FAQ section to learn about the most common eye problems and how to treat them.

*Not redeemable for cash. Can not be applied towards sales tax or co-payments. You must complete a comprehensive eye exam and purchase a complete pair of eyeglasses / sunglasses, or a 1 year supply of contact lenses.
